The Shellac system features a Base Coat, Colour Coat and Top Coat that is set using a UV lamp. Each layer sets extremely quickly, amounting to a colour system that is known for it's scratch-resistant, high-shine finish. There is no odour to the Shellac product, and nails are not damaged in the application process. This long lasting colour system can remain chip-free for up to two weeks and has been tested to withstand the rigours of daily wear.
Powder Gel Nails
Designed for those people allergic to acrylic powder who cannot apply acrylic nails. Using the same technique as above, a gel powder is applied in place acrylic powder to give your nails a long and natural looking appearance. We recommend refills are applied every 2-3 weeks. Waiting beyond this recommended period can cause breaking, cracking, lifting or even cause nail infection. Reapplication of the nail design will incur charges.
Acrylic nails are a type of nail extension, and are suitable for people who bite their nails or do not have strong, healthy nails. The acrylic nails are placed on the end of your natural nails, allowing us to change the length to suit your choice. A thin layer of acrylic is then applied over the top giving your nails a long, natural appearance.
Refills are required every 2-3 weeks after an acrylic set has been applied, depending on the growth and condition of your nails. The part that grows out will be filled with acrylic. This technique uses acrylic powder to fill in the new nail growth. Acrylic white and pink powder are similar to acrylic nails except that a two part procedure is used to give your nails a French manicure look. First a white powder is applied from the cuticle to the tip, and then the pink powder is applied to the rest of the nail.
